Rebecca’s strengths include her knowledge of the different classes of foods, i.e., carbs, fats, starches, resistant starches. She truly is a “coach”, sensing my frustrations before I even realize it, and giving encouragement from diet advice to confidence building when my positivity lags. She is available almost any time I write to her and answers back quickly. She shares many sources of information, not just on the diet, but on many other issues we face during this difficult time trying to adjust to this new “autoimmune” world.
I get up every morning and am anxious to hear what she has to say about my food log that I submitted the evening before…I look forward to her encouraging posts, her knowledge about auto immunity and food ideas.
