Wahls Protocol
The Wahls diet is very similar to the Keto and Paleo diets. It is often recommended for those with autoimmune or neurological disease. Similar to Keto, it involves high consumption of good fat, moderate protein, low carb foods and drink, with an emphasis on increased consumption of vegetables (average 9 cups per day). Grains and dairy are avoided.
